eCitizen Pesaflow M-Pesa payment showing pending for 2 hours on passport application

Greetings team! A customer paid Ksh 7,550 for passport renewal via Paybill 206206 this morning at 10:15 AM. M-Pesa sent confirmation code QHB8392KL, but eCitizen invoice still displays 'Awaiting Payment' and cannot generate the invoice receipt. Customer is getting impatient. Anyone else experiencing Pesaflow callback lag today?

Confirmed Mwangi! Pesaflow had a Safaricom Daraja API queue backlog between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Using the manual 'Verify M-Pesa Code' button in eCitizen cleared all 5 of our pending passport receipts right now. Don't let the customer pay twice!
