MikroTik RB750Gr3 configuration for 20 cyber PCs + Safaricom 5G router load balance

We recently upgraded from 20Mbps fiber to dual WAN: Safaricom 50Mbps Fiber + Safaricom 5G Outdoor CPE. Looking for the optimal PCC (Per Connection Classifier) script to split cyber gaming/browsing PCs to WAN1 and eCitizen counter/POS to WAN2 with automatic failover.

I run this exact setup on 28 stations in Nairobi CBD! Make sure you exclude port 443 HTTPS sticky sessions from round-robin PCC, otherwise KRA iTax and eCitizen sessions will kick users out with 'Session Expired' due to IP hopping. Route all `*.ecitizen.go.ke` and `*.kra.go.ke` strictly through WAN1 interface with mangle routing marks.
