NTSA TIMS Portal: 3-Year Smart Driving Licence Renewal OTP SMS not arriving on Safaricom
Trying to submit an application for 3-Year Smart DL on TIMS. When clicking 'Send Security Code', the prompt timer counts down 120 seconds but no SMS OTP arrives on the customer's Safaricom number. Customer has tried 5 times and account got locked with 'Too Many Attempts'.
