TSC TPAD / Online Leave Portal: "Document Upload Failed - File exceeds 1MB or Invalid Format"
Helping a local secondary school teacher upload medical leave documents on the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) portal. Even when scanning at 150 DPI and getting a 450KB PDF, the portal displays red error 'Document Upload Failed'.
